About the Owner
Wallace Baird - Builder/Developer
Wally Baird began his working life in law enforcement, serving in the U.S. Army Military Police in Europe and with the California State Police. He apprenticed in construction in Montana, learning every phase of building projects and specializing in timber frame and log construction homes.
Moving to Arizona in 1983, Wally formed a company framing homes in Sedona and the Phoenix area. He settled in Flagstaff two years later, returning to his favorite log style of construction.
Wally owns Western Heritage Construction. He formed the company in the early 1990’s building quality homes across Northern Arizona, emphasizing values and pride in workmanship. Wally is also one of the owners and developers of Walnut Creek Meadows.
